One of our favorite pieces we’ve worked on recently is this beautiful atomic style midcentury modern coffee table.  It’s a fantastic mix of old and new!  The gorgeous solid walnut top is new – we built it from a 6+” wide 4/4 piece of walnut lumber.  And the base is vintage (old) – and handcrafted into hairpin legs and a steel mesh shelf.  It’s as practical as it is beautiful!

The size is perfect for a small to medium sized spot, and will absolutely bring some funky style to it’s new home!

Built to last, this table features a hand-welded steel frame that we cleaned up and painted an awesome turquoise blue that really pops against the darker walnut top!

The top is solid walnut!  It’s by far our favorite hardwood to build with because it’s unbelievably beautiful, and this piece is no exception!  We finished it with several coats of General Finishes Arm-R-Seal oil-based poly to keep it protected for a long time!

Check it out in our “Shop” tab and this gorgeous midcentury modern atomic coffee table can be yours!
